PRCCDC Registration Requirements:
Each team must submit a roster of up to twelve (12) competitors to the competition director of the first CCDC event they participate in during a given CCDC competition season. No changes to the roster will be permitted after the team competes in their first CCDC event. The competition team must be chosen from those on the submitted roster. A “competition team” is defined as the group of individuals competing in a CCDC event.
Team members MUST be full time registered students at the college/university of the team submitting. if a student is graduating the term of the event, they can be part time. Each competition team may consist of a minimum of six (6) and up to eight (8) members from the submitted roster. Each competition team may have no more than two (2) graduate students as team members.
A FACULTY or STAFF member must be listed as the contact person, in addition to the team captain.
Please have shirt sizes, dietary choice (vegetarian, gluten free, etc.), current year, and major for each student competitor. We are also collecting demographic information for current and future fundraising. All such data is disaggregated from names and schools. It is estimated that it will take approximately 30 to 45 minutes to complete the registration form.
